Our Story
Built on Mauritius, Driven by Purpose
We didn't start in a boardroom. We started with archery — and a belief that sport and play should be open to everyone. Since 2016, that passion has grown into Mauritius' leading team-building company, now delivering 100+ events per year for corporates, schools, hotels, and private groups.
A partnership between Vanguard Sports Lab and Teambo South Africa, we bring together local expertise and world-class event design. From beach olympics to wilderness challenges, from boomwhacker orchestras to treasure hunts — we create moments that teams remember for years.
