All our events are quotation-based. Pricing depends on group size, chosen activities, venue, duration, and any additional services like catering or equipment rentals. We provide a detailed breakdown so there are no surprises.
We run events for groups as small as 10 and as large as 500+. Each experience has its own minimum and maximum group size. For very large groups we split into teams and rotate through activities.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead for standard events and 4-6 weeks for large-scale or custom events. Popular dates (December, team-building season in Q1) fill up quickly, so earlier is better.

The dry winter months (May to November) offer the most reliable weather with comfortable temperatures of 20-26°C — ideal for outdoor activities. Summer (December to April) is warmer and wetter but still great for events, especially morning sessions. We plan around seasonal conditions to ensure the best experience.
We work with 30+ venue partners across Mauritius — from beachfront resorts on the West Coast and lush gardens in the Central Plateau to adventure parks in the South and secluded estates in the East. We match the venue to your event style, group size, and budget.

Safety & Insurance
5 questions
Safety is our top priority. Every event has a dedicated safety briefing, qualified first-aiders on site, and risk assessments completed in advance. Equipment is inspected before each use, and we maintain strict participant-to-facilitator ratios.
Yes. We hold comprehensive public liability insurance covering all our events and activities. Certificates of insurance are available on request for your HR or procurement team.
Our facilitators are trained in first aid and carry first aid kits at all times. For outdoor and adventure activities, we have detailed emergency procedures and maintain contact with local medical services. Serious incidents are rare thanks to our thorough risk management.
Many of our activities can be adapted for participants with limited mobility. Let us know your requirements during the enquiry stage and we will recommend suitable activities and make necessary accommodations.
For adventure and high-intensity activities, we ask participants to sign a standard liability waiver. This is provided in advance so your team can review it. The waiver does not replace our insurance - it is an additional safety measure.
Cancellation & Changes
5 questions
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations 7-13 days out receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date within 6 months.
