- INCLUDED: field crew; all station equipment; ARETA safety cover; 1 free teacher place per 8 pupils; free preview visit; station rotation plan.
- EXCLUDED: transport; meals/catering (available as an add-on); domaine venue hire.
- OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: transport (for beaches without a public shelter).

- SUPERVISION / SAFETY: 1 TBM crew + 2 school staff per 25 pupils; at least one first-aider on site; all crew Certificate-of-Character vetted; signed parental-consent pack required for every participant under 18 (TBM booking policy); archery-tag stations run under the ARETA Safety Management System.
Weather cover option
Beaches without a public shelter: add a premium marquee tent (3m×3m) so your day continues under cover. Quoted with your event, transport included.
