- EXCLUDED: transport; meals/catering (available as an add-on); domaine venue hire.
- OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: Premium Marquee Tent Rental — 3m×3m, Rs 3,500 + transport (for beaches without a public shelter).
- SUPERVISION / SAFETY: 1 TBM crew + 2 school staff per 25 pupils; at least one first-aider on site; all crew Certificate-of-Character vetted; signed parental-consent pack required for every participant under 18 (TBM booking policy); archery-tag stations run under the ARETA Safety Management System.
